I pretty much only wear dresses. I have several reasons why this is so, including, but not limited to: comfort, better with support stockings, St. Thomas Aquinas. But most of all because I feel like it.

But they must have pockets. Because, oh, it’s the one thing I miss about not wearing pants.

Where else do I put my kleenexes? And more importantly, chocolate wrappers? Especially when I’m trying to hide them from the others. Well, at least I won’t have to worry about that for Lent.

Anyway, my two most favourite dress makes, who get the pockets thing are April Cornell. So good, so pretty. So pockety.

And, recently discovered on my question for pretty dresses is a mom and daughter company out of Latvia. Not kidding, yes, that Latvia, the one no one knows exactly where it is. Naturally…sandwiched right between Estonia to the North and Lithuania to the South.

I didn’t know where those places were, but when I ordered my first dress from Latvia, it become geography lesson du jour. The good news is, I did know that Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania existed. So my public school education was not a total waste of time.
